Available To Hire for Private Functions

Barming Parish Council attend to, and control the use of, the Parish Hall on Tonbridge Road (ME16 9NH) The Pavilion and Playing Field in Church Lane, off South Street (ME16 9HA).

In both of the properties there are toilets, a kitchen, 50 chairs and 10 folding tables. The capacity in each venue is 50 people and the current rates for hiring are £17.00 per hour plus a deposit of £50 for occasional use and £9.50 plus a deposit of £50 for regular users for the Parish Hall and for the Pavilion the hourly rates are £21.00 per hour plus a deposit of £50 for occasional use and £10.50 plus a deposit of £50 for regular users.

From April 2026 increases may apply subject to the budgeting process.

Please remember that any setting up and clearing away times will be charged for.

Bouncy Castles and BBQ's are not permitted at either of the venues.
